General Questions
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel or request a modification, please contact us at support@neonartlab.com as soon as possible.

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order, as each neon sign is custom-made according to approved specifications.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Because our neon signs are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong size or design.
Returns are accepted only if the item:

Is incorrect compared to the approved order

How long will it take to receive my order?
After your design is approved:

Production time: 3–5 business days

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping carrier
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Do neon signs consume a lot of electricity?
No. Our neon signs use modern LED technology, which is energy-efficient and designed for long-term use. LED neon consumes significantly less power than traditional glass neon while providing consistent illumination.
The Neon Lights Waterproof?
Yes, our neon signs can withstand rain and harsh outdoor conditions.
How Long The Neon Light Last?
If properly installed and maintained, neon signs can last upwards of 3 years
What Should I Do If The Neon Sign is Damaged Upon Arrival?
Please take a video and picture, and send us by email support@neonartlab.com. We will resend or refund for you
Do Your Offer Warranty Service?
Yes, we have a 2-year warranty if anything isn't up to standard.
Do You Offer Free Proof of Customized Products?
Yes, if you place an order,we will send you the proof to confirm by email (support@neonartlab.com). Please check your email after placing the order, we will send you proof to confirm before productions with 24h!
What Fonts I Can Choose?
Neonartlab can work with almost any font including cursive fonts, block fonts or double-lined fonts. On our custom neon sign maker, you can choose from a dozen various fonts Or you can email us an image with your preferred font,our designers will dsign it for you until you are satisfied with it
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping to United State, subject to carrier availability and destination restrictions. Any shipping limitations are clearly stated in our Shipping Policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
