Shipping Coverage (United States Only)
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States are not accepted at checkout.
We do not ship to:
- APO/FPO military addresses
- PO Boxes (for oversized custom signs)
- Restricted or inaccessible delivery locations
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Order Processing Time
All custom neon signs are made to order.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
Processing includes order verification, production scheduling, quality inspection, and packaging.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be notified if delays occur.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery time is:
- 7–15 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions
Delivery estimates reflect transit time only and do not include processing time.
Please note: delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, or other external factors beyond our control.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all U.S. orders.
No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using reputable U.S. carriers, including:
Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and logistics availability.
Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law, based on your shipping address.
No additional import duties apply since all orders ship domestically within the United States.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–72 hours
- Updates depend on carrier scan activity
Tracking Issues
If tracking does not update for several days, this may occur during transit between carrier facilities.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Neon Art Lab is not responsible for carrier-related delays, misrouting, or delivery errors once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider.
Shipping Limitations
- One order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses
- Address changes are not guaranteed once production begins
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout
