This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made from Neon Art Lab. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order.
  
• If the cancellation request is submitted within this 24-hour window, we will issue a 100% refund of the order value.
  
• After 24 hours, orders are considered confirmed and entered into production; cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  

2. Eligible Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged or broken
  
• The item received is incorrect (wrong design, wrong model, or wrong size)
  

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons outside the cases listed above.

3. Return Timeframe

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date the customer receives the goods.
  
• Requests submitted after 30 days will not be eligible for return or refund.
  

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
  
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
  
• The customer must provide:
  
  A valid order number
  
  Clear proof of the issue, such as photos or videos showing damage or the incorrect item
  

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Lost items: If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier but is lost or stolen afterward, we are not responsible and no refund will be issued
  
• Shipping fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  
• Items returned without prior approval or without required documentation
  

6. Refund Process

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
  
• Refund processing time depends on your payment provider and may take several business days after approval.
  

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

1. Recheck your bank account
   
2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary
   
3. Contact your bank for additional processing details

8. Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items
  
• Exchanges are limited to the same item
  
• Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees associated with the exchange

9. Gifts

• If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, the recipient will receive a gift credit equal to the return value once the item is received
  
• If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
  

10. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  
• Return shipping fees are non-refundable
  
• Items must be shipped with a copy of the order confirmation or receipt and a note explaining the issue
  
• For items valued over USD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
  
• We do not guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
